Clear expectations make appointments easier for everyone. Final policy wording is confirmed by the clinic before launch.
Appointments. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can complete paperwork without shortening your treatment time.
Cancellations. Let us know as early as you can if plans change so the time can be offered to another patient. The clinic will confirm the current notice period and any deposit terms.
Products and services. Retail products and treatment packages have specific return and refund terms. Ask a member of the team before purchase if you are unsure.
Privacy. Health information is handled under applicable federal and Minnesota requirements. We do not share patient photographs without written consent.
