Weight management

A clinician guided program built around medical review, nutrition, activity and regular check ins. We do not sell a single protocol and we do not promise a number.

Overview

What this program is

Weight is affected by sleep, stress, medication, hormones, activity and nutrition. A program that ignores those pieces rarely holds.

Your provider reviews your history and current health, orders testing where appropriate, and discusses which options are clinically reasonable for you.

Where medication is part of a plan, it is prescribed and monitored by a licensed clinician alongside nutrition guidance and regular follow up. Some patients do better without medication, and we will tell you when that is our read.

  • Medical review and consultation
  • Diagnostic testing where clinically appropriate
  • Nutrition counseling matched to how you actually eat
  • Weekly or scheduled check ins during active phases

The pathway

How care is planned

  1. 01

    Consultation

We review your history, previous attempts and what you want from the program.

  2. 02

    Medical review

Testing where appropriate, plus a look at medications and current health.

  3. 03

    Personalized plan

Nutrition, activity and any clinically appropriate treatment options.

  4. 04

    Follow through

Scheduled check ins so the plan can be adjusted rather than abandoned.

Candidacy, risks, benefits and treatment options are determined during consultation with a licensed clinician. Nothing here is a promise of a specific result.

Common questions

Will I be prescribed medication
Only if it is clinically appropriate for you. That decision is made by your provider during consultation and ongoing review.
How much weight will I lose
We do not predict a number. Response varies, and your provider will discuss realistic expectations for your plan.
Do you offer nutrition support
Yes. Nutrition counseling is part of the program, focused on changes you can maintain rather than a short restriction.

The information on this page is general and is not medical advice. It does not create a provider and patient relationship, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Candidacy, risks, benefits and options are determined during a consultation with a licensed clinician. Individual results vary.

Start with a consultation

We begin with a conversation about your goals, your history and what is realistic. Your provider will review options with you before anything is planned.
